Sulphur Forming - RS1500™ Sulphur Granulator

Brimrock has developed a new sulphur granulation process that utilizes rotating drum technology typically seen in the fertilizer industry. Marketed as the RS1500™ granulator, for which Brimrock is seeking a patent, our engineering has significantly simplified and streamlined the granulation process. A full-scale operational pilot unit of the RS1500™ granulator is located at the Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (MMLP) Neches terminal in Beaumont, Texas.

Sulphur Remelting - Contaminated Sulphur Remelter

There has never been a company in the sulphur industry that focused on developing a complete process for remelting sulphur, processing it to remove contaminants, send the purified sulphur back into the supply chain using state-of-the-art technology, and apply process expertise with specifically selected materials and equipment. Brimrock has applied its resources to become the first company to undertake this equipment development as a primary business enterprise.
